Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Learning Platform Administrator to manage and optimize its online educational environment. This fully remote role focuses on maintaining the LMS, supporting educators and students, and ensuring smooth digital learning experiences from anywhere.

You will handle user management, technical troubleshooting, content integration, and reporting while collaborating with instructors to upload materials and improve system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Learning Management Systems or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with major LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Strong understanding of online learning principles and best practices.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS and other remote learning tools.
• Provide technical support and training to educators and students.
• Manage user accounts, enrollments, and permissions within the LMS.
• Troubleshoot platform access, functionality, and content display issues.
• Collaborate with content developers to upload and organize course materials.
• Monitor platform performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
