Placements24 seeks an Online Learning Platform Manager to oversee and enhance its digital education ecosystem. This remote role focuses on development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the learning platform to deliver engaging learner experiences.

You will collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and IT to integrate new features, analyze usage data, and ensure platform governance. A strong background in UX, LMS, and content strategy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing learning management systems (LMS) or online education platforms.
• Proven track record implementing and scaling digital learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, digital content strategy, and e-learning best practices.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and strategic development of the online learning platform.
• Oversee integration of new features, tools, and content to enhance learner experience.
