Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant in Organizational Development to join a remote-first team serving clients across South Africa, including Pretoria, Gauteng. The role focuses on diagnosing issues, designing tailored OD interventions, and driving change initiatives with high client interaction.

You will deliver virtual workshops, collaborate with a dispersed team, and leverage digital tools to enable organizational transformation for client organizations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or related consulting.
• Proven ability to diagnose organizational issues and design effective interventions.
• Experience facilitating virtual meetings and workshops.
• Strong understanding of change management, leadership development, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify areas for improvement and strategic alignment.
• Design and implement change management programs, leadership development, and talent management initiatives.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and organizational culture.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions for various organizational levels.
• Conduct research and analysis to support innovative OD solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members and client stakeholders across locations.
• Measure impact of OD interventions and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Advise clients in Pretoria, Gauteng and beyond on human capital best practices.
