Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, culture, and HR capabilities to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to foster collaboration and align on strategic objectives.
• Design and deliver programs related to employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
• Advise clients on HR policies, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Support the implementation of new organizational initiatives and measure their impact on performance.
• Analyze employee feedback and data to inform organizational development strategies.
• Provide guidance and coaching to leadership teams on effective people management.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base on organizational effectiveness and HR best practices.
