Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner focused on Organizational Development to drive strategic people initiatives from a remote setting. You will diagnose organizational challenges, design interventions, and champion high-performance cultures in collaboration with senior leaders across business units.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a specialization in Organizational Development and Change Management.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of OD theories, models, and methodologies, including change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Lewin).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders and business units to identify organizational development needs and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement strategic initiatives related to organizational design, change management, talent management, and leadership development.
• Facilitate organizational change processes, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop targeted interventions to improve team effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall performance.
• Develop and implement succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to inform OD strategies and measure their impact.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on OD best practices and people-related challenges.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to ensure seamless integration of OD initiatives with other HR functions.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in organizational development and change management.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures that support organizational effectiveness.
