Placements24 seeks a strategic HR Business Partner specializing in Organisational Development to join our East London team. In this role you will partner with leaders to design structures, drive change initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.

You will lead OD projects, develop talent programs, and measure impact with HR analytics, contributing to a high-performing, adaptive organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organisational Development or as an HR Business Partner with an OD focus.
• Proven success in leading complex change initiatives and driving organisational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of OD methodologies, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• A relevant degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and design effective structures and processes.
• Lead and manage change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
• Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership training and succession planning.
• Facilitate team effectiveness workshops and support cultural transformation efforts.
• Utilise HR analytics to identify opportunities for organisational improvement and measure impact.
