Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required
• Minimum 7 years of organizational development consulting experience
• Proven track record in designing and implementing change management and OD initiatives
• Expertise in leadership development, talent management, performance improvement, and culture transformation
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and manage complex remote projects
• Knowledge of South African business context and labor dynamics is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement strategies for organizational change management, talent development, and performance enhancement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership, team effectiveness, and change management.
• Develop and implement succession planning and talent management programs.
• Partner with senior leadership to align organizational strategies with business goals.
• Analyze employee feedback and HR data to inform OD initiatives.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure OD intervention effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on OD principles.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in organizational development.
• Manage OD projects from conception through completion with successful outcomes.
