Placements24 is seeking a visionary and experienced Non-Profit Program Director to lead its initiatives in a fully remote capacity. This senior role involves overseeing the strategic direction, operational management, and successful execution of all programs aimed at serving the community.

You will be responsible for program development, team leadership, budget oversight, and fostering relationships with donors, board members, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (Non-profit Management, Public Administration, Social Work) required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in non-profit sectors with program development focus.
• Proven track record of leading complex programs, managing budgets, and achieving strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic program plans aligned with the organization's mission.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a remote team of program managers and staff.
• Oversee program budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor program performance, collect data, and generate reports to demonstrate impact.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, grant requirements, and ethical standards.
