Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising and development.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in securing major gifts.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, and financial management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with remote leadership and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to meet goals.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Oversee annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and special events.
• Lead and mentor the development team in a remote work setting.
• Create compelling case statements and fundraising materials.
• Analyze fundraising data and trends to inform strategy.
