Qualifications include a Master's degree and extensive program management experience, with strong leadership, fundraising and grant-writing capabilities.

• Extensive experience managing programs, preferably in non-profit or community development.
• Proven track record leading large-scale social impact initiatives.

• Excellent grant writing and fundraising skills.
• Experience managing remote teams with virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all Community Development programs.
• Develop program goals, objectives and strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
• Manage program budgets, resources and timelines effectively.
• Lead, mentor and manage a diverse, remote-based team of program staff.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with government agencies, NGOs and community stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, evaluate impact and generate reports for stakeholders and funders.
