Qualifications

• 1–2 years in network monitoring or technical support.
• Experience with SolarWinds or Nagios.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing and switching.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance using monitoring tools.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve incidents promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues with detailed reports.
• Perform routine system checks and maintenance.
• Maintain logs of network events and resolutions.
• Follow incident management procedures.
