Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a vigilant NOC Analyst in Soweto to monitor the company’s telecoms network, respond to alerts, and ensure service continuity. You will work to keep networks stable, diagnose incidents, and document steps taken to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in a NOC or telecoms operations role, a basic grasp of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and good communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers and support teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Actively monitor network performance and system health using various NOC tools.

Requirements
