Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a vigilant NOC Analyst for a fully remote role. You will monitor client network health 24/7, identify issues, and initiate response procedures to maximize uptime and service availability.

The role requires solid analytical skills, calmness under pressure, and proficiency with TCP/IP, routing, and common network services. You will work with SolarWinds, Nagios, and Zabbix to detect incidents and update records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a NOC or IT support role.
• Familiar with network monitoring concepts and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and security with NOC tools.
• Detect, diagnose, and respond to alerts promptly.
• Escalate incidents with detailed analysis when needed.
• Maintain records of events and resolutions in the system.
• Participate in shift rotations for continuous coverage.
