Responsibilities include monitoring SCADA data, identifying deviations, and implementing remote adjustments across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mineral processing operations with a focus on process control.
• Proficiency with metallurgical process control systems (DCS/SCADA) and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time plant performance data using SCADA and remote monitoring tools.
• Analyze metallurgical data to identify deviations from optimal parameters and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement remote process control adjustments to optimize recovery, throughput, and reagent use.
• Collaborate with on-site technicians and engineers to implement control strategies.
• Generate performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of process parameters and outcomes.
