- 10+ years of mineral processing experience with hydrometallurgy or pyrometallurgy.
- Proven ability to optimize complex metallurgical processes and improve efficiency.
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., MetSim, HSC Chemistry).
Responsibilities
- Lead mineral processing optimization and strategy development.
- Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale tests to evaluate new technologies.
- Analyze plant performance data and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance to plant metallurgists and operators.
- Collaborate with R&D on innovative processing solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, process designs, and feasibility studies.
