Placements24 is seeking a Senior Metallurgist to lead remote process optimization across mineral processing operations. You will drive recovery improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions from a remote location.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in metallurgy or related field required.
8+ years in mineral processing/metallurgy with proven process optimization experience.
Expertise in comminution, flotation, leaching or related unit operations.
Proficiency in metallurgical simulation software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze plant data to identify improvements in metallurgical performance.
Develop and test new process configurations and operating strategies.
Use simulation software to model process behavior under varying conditions.
Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for metallurgical challenges.
