About the Role

Our client is seeking a proficient Remote Metallurgical Process Controller to oversee and optimize mineral processing plants from a distance, supporting operations including those near East London . You will monitor plant performance, analyze process data, and implement control adjustments to ensure maximum recovery, efficiency, and product quality. This role requires a strong understanding of metallurgical processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote setting. You will be a key contributor to maintaining operational excellence across multiple sites through data-driven insights and proactive control measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time plant performance data using SCADA systems and other remote monitoring tools.
• Analyze metallurgical data to identify deviations from optimal operating parameters and troubleshoot process issues.
• Implement process control adjustments remotely to optimize recovery, throughput, and reagent consumption.
