Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking a remote support agent to join a growing, founder-led team for a boutique fitness studio group headquartered in Berlin. You will be the friendly, on-brand contact for members, handling bookings, accounts, refunds, and similar requests.

Work is remote with early mornings, evenings, and weekend coverage. Training is provided, and German is a plus but not required. You’ll communicate solely in writing to maintain warm, consistent client interactions.

Qualifications

• Clear written communication in English is essential.
• Empathy and tone management to handle frustrated messages.
• Ability to make sensible decisions independently.
• Reliable with ownership in a small remote team.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, reliable point of contact for members — bookings, accounts, refunds and similar requests.
• Support on-site trainers with occasional urgent requests.
• Communicate exclusively in writing (chat/WhatsApp/email).
• Represent the brand tone: warm, down-to-earth, helpful.
