Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (ACE, NASM, NSCA).
- Proven experience in personal training or fitness coaching, preferably with online clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and fitness tracking software.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized fitness and wellness programs for a diverse clientele.
- Conduct virtual one-on-one and group coaching sessions via video conferencing.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability through digital communication channels.
- Track client progress, adjust programs as needed, and celebrate achievements.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices in online coaching.
