Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is expanding its telesales team to recruit German-speaking partner agents for a fast-growing European clean energy network. You will conduct structured outbound campaigns, qualify interest, and book consultations for the partner management team.

Join a small, high-output team with clear targets and ownership over your pipeline, while working remotely during CET business hours (Mon–Fri).

Qualifications

• Minimum outbound or telesales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Fluent German; comfortable selling to professional audiences over the phone.
• Experience with CRM systems and documenting activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound calls to self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate pros.
• Present the partnership model clearly and handle objections in real time.
• Qualify interest and book 1-on-1 consultations for the partner team.
• Meet monthly call and conversion targets and track progress in CRM.
• Document outcomes and share insights with the team to improve results.
• Adhere to data protection, compliance, and call guidelines at all times.
