Job summary

Placements24's client is seeking a motivated and certified Remote Personal Trainer to join their online fitness platform. You will design personalized programs, deliver virtual sessions, and keep clients engaged to reach health goals from home.

Responsibilities include virtual assessments, developing customized workouts, leading group and one-on-one sessions, and monitoring progress with regular feedback. Certification and online coaching experience are required.

Qualifications

Certification from a recognized personal training organization (ACE, NASM, ACSM).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably with online coaching experience.
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, kinesiology, and anatomy.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
Proficiency with virtual training platforms and video conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and limitations.
Develop customized workout plans incorporating strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises.
Lead engaging one-on-one and group training sessions via video conferencing.
Provide continuous guidance, motivation, and accountability to clients to ensure adherence to their programs.
Monitor client progress, adjust training plans as needed, and provide regular feedback.
