Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Agents to support the brand's DACH customers. This live-chat-only, fully remote role offers a baseline of 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling around campaigns, including Black Week and pre-Christmas peaks.

The initial fixed-term contract runs through the end of Q4 2026 with potential extension based on demand. You will handle German inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain brand voice in written interactions.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German; strong written German.
• Experience in ecommerce customer support or related roles.
• Comfortable working remotely with self-motivation and schedule discipline.
