The Global Talent Co. is seeking a German-speaking telesales professional to join a fast-growing European clean energy company.

This fully remote role runs on 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday, with no weekends, and focuses on outbound campaigns to self-employed agents and brokers. You will pitch partnerships, qualify interest, handle objections, and log outcomes in the CRM, while meeting monthly targets and maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent German is required; all calls are conducted in German.
• Prior outbound sales / telesales experience in B2B.
• Background in financial services, insurance, real estate, or energy helps.
• Targets-driven with strong objection handling and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume outbound calling campaigns to self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.
• Pitch the partnership model clearly and handle objections in real time.
• Qualify interest and move prospects to the next step.
• Meet monthly call and conversion targets.
• Log call outcomes in the CRM and share insights with the team.
• Follow data protection, compliance, and call guidelines.
