You will drive engineering excellence with strategic thinking and strong leadership to meet ambitious project goals. Applicants should have a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years in design/analysis, and expert use of ANSYS/COMSOL and 3D CAD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mechanical design, analysis, and leadership.
• Expertise with ANSYS/COMSOL and 3D CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers.
• Oversee lifecycle of mechanical design projects from concept to production support.
• Develop and implement advanced engineering strategies aligned with business goals.
• Perform CFD/FEA to optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to manage risks.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
