• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical systems design and engineering.
• Expertise in ANSYS, COMSOL and CAD tools such as SolidWorks and Creo.
• Track record of delivering complex mechanical systems from concept to production.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of complex mechanical systems and subsystems.
• Develop innovative design concepts and conduct feasibility studies for new product initiatives.
• Perform advanced simulations and analyses including thermal management, structural integrity, and vibration analysis.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation including 3D models and drawings.
• Collaborate with remote teams across disciplines and time zones.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
