Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Manufacturing Process Analyst to join our client’s operations team. This fully remote role focuses on analyzing manufacturing data, identifying efficiencies, reducing costs, and improving product quality across multiple sites.

You will develop dashboards with Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI, partner with on-site and remote teams, and drive lean initiatives through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in manufacturing data analysis and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data from multiple facilities to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards to visualize KPIs related to production efficiency, quality and cost.
• Collaborate with on-site plant personnel and remote teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Research new technologies or methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
