Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Operations Manager to oversee distributed manufacturing operations from a home-based setting, driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across production facilities.

You will manage production targets, budgets, and quality standards, collaborating closely with site managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, with experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills with remote team management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve production, quality, and cost-efficiency across facilities.
• Oversee multiple production sites, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures across all facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process optimizations and tech advancements.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and employee engagement across operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and report to senior leadership.
