Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience as a Process Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs and process metrics.
• Collaborate virtually with plant managers, engineers, and production staff to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Recommend process optimizations and efficiency improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance manufacturing operations.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting for decision-making.
