Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Industrial Engineering, OR, or related field.
• 7+ years of industrial engineering experience, focusing on complex system analysis and optimization.
• Expertise in simulation modeling, statistics, and data visualization.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end analysis of operational systems to identify bottlenecks.
