You will steer lean initiatives, implement data-driven improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with leadership.
• Experience managing remote teams using digital tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee production schedules, resources, and supply chain for timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvements in processes.
• Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of manufacturing professionals.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance in a remote framework.
