About the Role

This position is fully remote, allowing you to manage and optimize international shipments and supply chain operations from anywhere. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery across borders. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments, including freight forwarding and customs clearance. Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations. Track shipments in real-time and provide updates to internal stakeholders and customers. Negotiate rates with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify and resolve logistical issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare performance reports. Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and trade compliance laws. Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and incoterms. Proficiency with logistics management software and ERP systems. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, adapted for remote interaction. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Experience with specific regions or types of cargo is a plus.
