Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics operations or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
• Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and other third-party providers to ensure smooth transit and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities and documentation.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with remote colleagues across different time zones to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting international logistics.
• Contribute to team projects focused on enhancing logistics efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to e-commerce logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistical challenges in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, incoterms, and international trade compliance.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software, TMS, and WMS systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• High degree of self-motivation, discipline, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
