Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries and pick-ups for a fleet of vehicles across various regions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing real-time support and addressing operational challenges remotely.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment status, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communication channels (phone, email, messaging platforms) promptly and professionally.
