• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding delivery status and resolve any logistical problems that arise.
• Manage dispatching of new orders and assignments, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery performance, such as on-time delivery rates and delivery times.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver performance, and delivery exceptions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Identify and report potential logistical bottlenecks or areas for process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, or in a similar role, preferably within a high-volume delivery environment.
• Excellent knowledge of dispatch software, route planning tools, and GPS tracking systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with drivers and internal teams remotely.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick, effective decisions in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Must have a reliable internet connection, a dedicated home office space, and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery operations is advantageous.
