Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join a fully remote team supporting operations based out of Mahikeng. The role focuses on documentation, communication coordination, and administrative support for logistics and warehousing functions.

You will manage shipping manifests, invoices, customs forms, and work closely with drivers, warehouses, and clients to keep shipments on schedule while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator or in an administrative role within logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs forms.
• Coordinate communication between drivers, warehouses, and clients regarding shipment status.
• Schedule and track shipments, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Process logistics-related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in managing inventory records and updating system information.
• Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics operations.
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics team as needed.
