Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Logistics Coordinator to join our supply chain team. This fully remote role supports our network near Polokwane, focusing on the end-to-end flow of goods, shipment coordination, and efficient logistics operations.

You will work with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, track inventory, and resolve logistical challenges while leveraging WMS/TMS tools and maintaining high organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with supply chain principles, transportation modes, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency with logistics software, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Manage communication with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to track shipments and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock movements within the supply chain.
• Utilize logistics software to plan routes, optimize loads, and monitor transportation performance.
• Process shipping documents, invoices, and customs documentation as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
