Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Administrator to support its Mahikeng operations. This role serves as the administrative backbone for warehouse and logistics, managing documentation, scheduling, and communication to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly.

The successful candidate will track orders, generate reports, and liaise with warehouse staff, transport providers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Administrator, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and logistics software or ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs forms.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transportation providers, and customers to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the relevant systems.
• Generate reports on warehouse inventory, shipment status, and operational performance.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics operations.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of administrative processes within the logistics department.
