Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Logistics Administrator to support their operations from a remote setup, located in the Pretoria region. The role focuses on managing documentation, scheduling shipments, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flows.

The successful candidate will handle manifests, invoices, and customs forms, maintain data accuracy, and generate performance reports while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain admin.
• Strong MS Excel and Office skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all logistics-related documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs forms.
• Schedule and coordinate transportation for incoming and outgoing shipments, optimizing routes and carriers.
• Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, carriers, and internal departments regarding logistics inquiries.
• Process and track orders, ensuring timely updates to the internal database and relevant systems.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and cost analysis as required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
