Job summary

Placements24 is hiring an Online Learning Platform Specialist to join its fully remote team and manage the organization’s LMS and digital education tools. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless experience for learners and instructors, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features.

You will develop training materials, manage enrollments and content uploads, and collaborate with instructional designers to integrate educational content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing and supporting LMS platforms (Moodle/Canvas/Blackboard/D2L).
• Strong LMS administration, configuration, and best practices.
• Experience creating training docs and delivering user trainings.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS for optimal performance and accessibility.
• Provide technical support to learners, instructors, and admins.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for platform use.
• Manage user accounts, enrollments, and content uploads in the LMS.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to integrate materials.
• Monitor usage, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on LMS updates and new features.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new e-learning tools.
• Maintain technical docs and user guides for the LMS.
