Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing LMS or similar platforms.
• Experience with Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard.
• Strong instructional design & online pedagogy.
• Excellent troubleshooting & problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the LMS.
• Oversee integration of new courses, content, and features.
• Collaborate with instructional designers for pedagogical design.
• Provide technical support for platform users.
• Monitor platform performance, engagement & learning outcomes; generate reports.
• Implement platform updates and security.
• Develop and deliver training for faculty and students on using the platform.
• Stay informed about emerging e-learning trends.
