Placements24 is seeking an Online Learning Platform Administrator to join a fully remote team. You will manage and optimize the LMS to deliver a seamless learning experience for thousands of students and educators worldwide, collaborating with IT, content creators, and support teams.

The role requires strong technical skills, experience with Moodle/Canvas/Blackboard/D2L, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience administering LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, D2L).
• Strong technical aptitude with web platforms, databases and IT concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience creating user documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS for uptime and performance.
• Manage user accounts, enrollments, courses, and content uploads.
• Provide technical support to students, instructors, and admins on platform usage.
• Configure LMS settings, features, and integrations per org needs.
• Develop and maintain LMS documentation, guides, and training materials.
