Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Learning Platform Administrator to manage and optimize the online learning environment. You will support educators and students, handle user management, and ensure the LMS operates smoothly in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of LMS administration experience with Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of LMS administration experience.
• Proficiency with Moodle, Canvas, and Blackboard.
• Strong understanding of online learning principles and best practices.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the institution's LMS and other remote learning tools.
• Provide technical support and training to educators and students.
• Manage user accounts, enrollments, and permissions within the LMS.
• Troubleshoot platform access, functionality, and content display.
• Collaborate with content developers and instructors to upload and organize course materials.
• Monitor platform performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
