• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience focusing on litigation.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis and Westlaw for research.
• Experience with e-discovery platforms and document review.
• Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in trial, hearing, and deposition prep.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files.
• Conduct legal research using online databases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Prepare exhibits and summaries for trial.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
• File documents with courts electronically and in person.
