Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Corporate Paralegal to support its legal team from anywhere in South Africa. You will prepare and file corporate documents, maintain minutes and registers, and conduct research for transactions and litigation.

The role requires 4+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience and strong independence. You will work with Zoom, Teams, and Google Workspace to collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and precise records

Qualifications

• Qualified Paralegal or equivalent with corporate law focus.
• Minimum 4 years as a Corporate Paralegal.
• Proficient with document management systems and legal software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Workspace).
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparing and filing corporate documents.
• Maintain corporate minute books and statutory registers.
• Conduct legal research for corporate transactions and litigation.
