Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Paralegal studies program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Proficiency in LexisNexis or Westlaw.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Organize and manage case files, evidence, and exhibits, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
• Conduct legal research using online databases and other resources to support case strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, court personnel, and opposing counsel to schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Summarize depositions, legal documents, and correspondence for attorney review.
• Assist attorneys during trials, including managing exhibits and note-taking.
