Placements24 is seeking a skilled and organized Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in a fully remote role. You will assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, manage electronic and physical case files, and communicate proactively with clients and witnesses.

The ideal candidate has a recognized paralegal qualification, 3–5 years in litigation, proficient legal research and case management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• A recognized Paralegal qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience specifically in litigation support.
• Proficiency with legal research databases and litigation support software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
• Manage case files, organize documents, and maintain accurate records of all litigation-related activities.
• Conduct legal research and fact-finding to support case strategy.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel regarding case matters.
• Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and other materials for court appearances.
• Manage deadlines and calendaring for litigation matters.
