Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of industrial processes, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement innovative solutions leveraging Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, VSM, Kaizen).
• Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of implemented improvements.
• Collaborate remotely with on-site teams and stakeholders to understand challenges and facilitate adoption.
• Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to support decision-making and identify root causes.
• Lead and facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions on process improvement methodologies.
