Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer for its remote operations team. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and cost‑effectiveness across business processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, design and implement improvements, and measure impact in a fully remote environment from anywhere, including East London operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related role.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of lean principles and project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives.
• Develop process and value stream maps to visualize workflows.
• Design and pilot improved processes and ensure adoption.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure impact.
• Train and mentor staff on process improvement tools.
