Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across all products.

• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Extensive experience designing for iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing design systems.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and successful mobile app designs.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
