Placements24 seeks a visionary Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead the design of intuitive mobile applications from a remote-first HQ. Define the user experience strategy, craft beautiful interfaces, and lead a distributed design team delivering impact across millions of users.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and drive design systems and research-driven decisions to ensure a seamless, delightful journey from first interaction to finished product.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role, specifically for mobile applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns for iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile applications, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
• Define and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all mobile products.
